Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Referral Program of Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to all existing customers Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd. Employees of Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1. Referral Discount

• As a part of the Referral Program, referrers are eligible to receive a 15% discount on their next purchase for each successful referral.
• As part of the Referral Program, referees are eligible to receive a 10% discount on their next purchase.
• A successful referral is defined as a referred individual who becomes a paying customer of Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd.

 

4. Discount Usage

• The 15% discount is applicable to the total purchase amount and must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance.
• The discount can be applied to any product or service offered by Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd, subject to availability.

5. Limitations

• The maximum order amount that can be redeemed through the Referral Program shall not exceed $100,000.
• The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts offered by Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd.
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

6. General Conditions

• Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd also reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Referral Program if they are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Abax Kingfisher Pty Ltd is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants of the Referral Program.
